- By Bus: Direct buses run from around Asahikawa Station to Otoineppu Village. However, there is only one bus per day, so be sure to check the schedule.
- By Car: It takes about 4 hours by car from Sapporo and about 2.5 hours from Asahikawa. The roads to Otoineppu Village are relatively well-maintained.
- By Train: The nearest station is Nayoro Station, from where it takes about an hour by taxi or bus. However, be aware of time restrictions.
- By Bicycle: It is also possible to access by bicycle from Asahikawa. It takes about 5 hours to arrive, making it a recommended option for those who want to enjoy a leisurely trip while taking in the scenery.
